These private sessions are specially designed for the whole family and are suitable for children aged 3 and up. No yoga experience is needed—just a willingness to play, move, and be present with one another.

Yoga for Kids in Mallorca

Kidsyoga invites the children into a world of fantasy, where they experience yoga in a playful way. The kids become superheroes, transform themselves into yoga trees, rockets, fly into space, relax with the buzzing of bees and much more. In addition, I teach children knowledge in motion, so they can learn new things in a fun way.

Each kidsyoga session has a creative theme (e.g. the elements, space, circus, the ice queen, underwater world etc.), perfect for birthday partys and special school venues.


Yoga & Meditation for Teens

I offer yoga and meditation for teenagers in schools, and clubs to bring balance to their daily school life. Yoga creates a space for movement, as an offset to their many hours of sitting, and being on the computer or phone.

Yoga and meditation help to regulate emotions, deal with stress, release tension and create body and self-awareness. Teenagers learn techniques, such as breathing, mindfulness and relaxation exercises, which can benefit their personal life, and help them deal with changes, ups and downs, that appear in this special phase of life.

The practice of yoga and meditation is beneficial on many levels, physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. Children are especially very receptive to the positive effects of this holistic practice.

I personally believe that yoga and meditation in schools can improve and support learning, as well as the personal growth and social interaction of children. Therefore, I offer yoga and meditation workshops and private sessions to all those who work and are involved with children – educators, teachers and parents. In these sessions, I provide you with kidsyoga exercises, relaxation and breathing techniques for children, which you can incorporate into your daily routine. Not only will the children enjoy them, but they can also help you be centered, peaceful and connected in your everyday life.
