Partner Meditation is an individually designed session for you and your favorite person. Do you sometimes feel that in everyday life, as a couple or as parents, the togetherness falls by the wayside? Are you longing for some conscious couple time? In this guided session I will give you an insight into meditation. I will create a safe space for you to meet, connect to your heart and relax. You will experience meditation and breathing techniques, which you can also integrate into your everyday life.
