Yoga for pregnancy in Mallorca
Yoga during pregnancy helps you consciously create a space of connection with yourself and your baby. With prenatal yoga you can prepare yourself not only physically but also mentally, emotionally and spiritually for the birth of your baby. The asanas (physical exercises) are specifically designed for the time of pregnancy, and focus on opening, tuning into your body, and letting go of emotions that no longer serve you.
Yoga asanas, meditation, music and gentle breathing exercises help you to relax, enter into a meditative state, to raise your energy, and to fully trust in your feminine power.

Yoga after pregnancy and birth is beneficial on so many levels. In postnatal yoga the focus is on regeneration, strengthening the center and the pelvic floor. Tensions in the back and shoulder area, which often arise from carrying the child and feeding, are released through asanas, especially designed for this time.
Yoga after birth
I offer Postnatal Yoga as a Private Session, in my Studio in Portixol or in the comfort of your home, alone or together with your baby. I recommend to start with Postnatal Yoga at the earliest from the 6th week postpartum, and in the case of a caesarian birth, when the scar is healed.
