Yoga for pregnancy in Mallorca
PRENATAL YOGA
Yoga during pregnancy helps you consciously create a space of connection with yourself and your baby. With prenatal yoga you can prepare yourself not only physically but also mentally, emotionally and spiritually for the birth of your baby. The asanas (physical exercises) are specifically designed for the time of pregnancy, and focus on opening, tuning into your body, and letting go of emotions that no longer serve you.
Yoga asanas, meditation, music and gentle breathing exercises help you to relax, enter into a meditative state, to raise your energy, and to fully trust in your feminine power.
Entry after the 12th week of pregnancy possible.

I offer Prenatal Yoga and Birth Preparation at my Yoga Studio in Portixol - Yoga del Mar, and as Private Sessions in the comfort of your home, in open nature or in the Studio.

POSTNATAL YOGA
Congratulations to your baby. The first weeks have passed and you slowly want to start to gain strength and inner stability back? Are you looking for a yoga practice that meets exactly your needs? That helps to raise your energy and align yourself with your inner axis?
Yoga after pregnancy and birth is beneficial on so many levels. In postnatal yoga the focus is on regeneration, strengthening the center and the pelvic floor. Tensions in the back and shoulder area, which often arise from carrying the child and feeding, are released through asanas, especially designed for this time.
Yoga after birth
I offer the Yogamamas Sessions, that focus on strengthening, regression and healing of the body after birth. The Yogamamas sessions include postnatal yoga asanas, breathing techniques to train the pelvic floor and to come back to your center. These session are with baby (until walking) or just for the moms alone. This session is also suitable if your baby is already older and you feel the need to take some time for your self to come back to your inner stability. The Postnatal Yoga Sessions are also possible as private sessions, in the comfort of your home, alone or together with your baby or in my Studio in Portixol by the sea. I recommend to start with Postnatal Yoga at the earliest from the 6th week postpartum, and in the case of a caesarian birth, when the scar is healed.
