With your submitted registration you are bindingly registered with us.
Please note the financial regulations for the registration of courses, workshops & retreats:
/ Cancellation up to 11 days before the start of the course = 100% refund of the participation fee minus 10 € handling fee
/ Cancellation 10-4 days before the course starts = 50% refund of the course fee
/ Cancellation less than 4 days before the start of the course = no refund
Processing fees/cancellation, reminder fees/enrollment: 10 €

Welcome to gyana-yoga.com, a provider for Yoga & Meditation courses. Please read everything carefully. If you do not agree with the terms and conditions, you can leave the site at any time.
2 Services from GYANA®
GYANA® (Chodowieckistrasse 32, 10405 Berlin, Germany) offers Yoga, Meditation Courses & Doula Service online and on Mallorca and is also called "operator" in the following. Additional information and contact details can be found in the imprint.
2.1 GYANA® courses
We offer Yoga & Meditation courses, as well as courses for pregnant women and companies. These can be attended on site after prior registration. The courses serve the purpose of relaxation and self-perception, but do not replace therapy or medical treatment. Questions in detail will be answered directly and physical complaints will be asked in advance. Science confirms the positive influence of yoga and meditation on body, mind and soul.
3 General terms and conditions
The GYANA® GTC are the sole valid and applicable terms and conditions and are the basis and agreement between operator and user. Deviating conditions of the user do not apply.

3.2 Online payment service
The online billing for the purchase of a course is operated by a cooperation partner. This partner simplifies the payment of the course fee and accelerates the registration for the course. The General Terms and Conditions of the cooperation partner have priority.
3.3 Access to the GYANA® internet page
At www.gyana-yoga.com the operator offers a lot of useful information on course contents, prices, tips & tricks for everyday life, nutrition and much more. The information is freely available to the user, but the operator's general terms and conditions apply. The user has to pay for the costs incurred for online services & Internet use.
3.4 Design of the GYANA® services
GYANA® reserves the right to freely design and continuously develop all topics, contents and concepts. We reserve the right to change, shorten, expand or even completely discontinue all services and information. The operator is completely free to decide how, when, where, and why he provides his services himself or through 3.
3.5 Copyrights

3.8 User
3.8.1 User as consumer
By booking a course or buying a product, the user declares himself as a consumer (§ 13 BGB). As a natural person he concludes a legal transaction that can neither be assigned to an independent nor to a commercial activity.
3.8.2 User in self-employment
If the user as an entrepreneur (§ 14 BGB) wants to book a service or products, different terms and conditions apply, which the operator will of course be happy to provide upon request. For information: an entrepreneur is a natural or legal person or a partnership with legal capacity, which acts in the exercise of a commercial or independent activity when concluding the transaction.
3.9 Costs
The costs for courses and products from the operator are free offers. With the agreement of the terms and conditions and the purchase (course booking, service, product) a binding purchase contract is concluded. With the decision to purchase, the user acknowledges only the GYANA® GTC as legally binding.
3.10 E-mail confirmation
After the user has initiated the booking, he will receive a confirmation by e-mail for his binding purchase decision. The automated confirmation by e-mail for the successful booking process does not constitute a binding acceptance of the purchase decision by the operator, but serves as information that GYANA® has received the booking request. Within the next 1-3 working days, the user will receive a confirmation of the order (notification of the space reservation, shipment of the goods ...). Only now the purchase contract is concluded and is considered to be finalized upon receipt of payment.
3.11 Payment
Courses can be conveniently paid for online and are the fastest way to secure your place. Furthermore, the operator offers bank transfer and cash payment, but this requires a signed registration. For bank transfers we ask you to fill in the course location and course title.
3.12 Prices / Vouchers
The prices of the operator already include the value added tax. If shipping (delivery) costs are incurred for the purchase of products, these costs will be shown additionally and shown in writing on the invoice.
Payment by instalments is not possible. There are also no trial periods. The legal right of revocation is preserved. An offsetting or combination of specials (special discount campaigns) with vouchers, a payment of a voucher, a redemption of a voucher after its expiry date or a resale is not permitted.
3.13 Trial hours
Trial lessons are always possible. This requires an agreement by mail. Course participants always have priority over trial lessons if the participant limit is reached.
3.14 Vailidity for tickets, courses
Unused 10 tickets or vouchers and booked fixed courses expire after the expiry date. Course tickets are not transferable.
3.15 Holiday and illness
In case of illness or other prevention, missed dates can only be made up for within the validity period of the course or the course card and if sufficient capacity is available in another institution.
3.16 Withdrawal / Course cancellation
In case of cancellation of the registration for a course on site, an expense allowance of 10 € will be charged. Otherwise the full amount will be refunded if the following conditions are met:
/ Cancellation within the legal cancellation period of 2 weeks.
/ up to 11 days before the start of the course
/ up to one day before the start of the course on presentation of a medical certificate for the user, which does not allow any further course in the foreseeable future. In this case only a flat rate of 10 € will be charged.
Otherwise the following applies:
/ 10-4 days before course start only 50% of the course fee will be refunded
/ 3-1 day before the start of the course there is no refund
For a resignation, cancellation, notice of termination, a mail to mail@gyana-yoga.com is sufficient.
3.17 Reminder / Fees
For bank transfers, the date of actual receipt on the operator's account shall apply. The operator charges a flat rate of 5 € reminder fee for late payment. The reminder will be sent by e-mail. The user ensures the receipt of emails with a correct email address and checks his spam mailbox independently. Reminders by mail will be charged with a flat rate of 10 €.
3.18 Health condition
In case of health problems, the operator strongly recommends to consult a doctor before booking the course. The use of the GYANA® courses is at your own risk and is intended to serve your health and well-being.
3.19 Storage of course documents
For private use, the user may save PDF documents on his computer.
3.20 Liability, wardrobe
Cash or valuables should not be left in the cloakroom, but should be taken into the classroom. GYANA® cannot accept liability for lost items.
3.21 Severabilty clause
Should a provision be or become invalid, the legal validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected. The parties undertake to replace the invalid provision with a valid provision whose purpose comes as close as possible to that of the provision that has been omitted. Place of jurisdiction is the local court Berlin Charlottenburg.
