1:1 Mentoring for Meditation

For meditation it is especially helpful to know certain techniques, that show you the way in. Although we are all aiming for the same direction, which is knowing »who we are«, there are different paths. After learning meditation from various masters and teachers over the last 8 years, I can help you design a practice that you love, and that you can integrate independently into your daily routine. You will learn techniques how to enter your still point, and to connect to your Self, that inner state of peace. This will help you navigate your life outside and increase your resilience.
The 1:1 Mentoring includes a single session, to give you an introduction to meditation, to get to know each other and to find out what you need and how I can help you.
