Meditation

Meditation is easy, it is about doing nothing, just being present, sitting in silence, but this is exactly what we have unlearnt. All meditation techniques are a preperation to unite body, mind and spirit, so that silence, meditation, can happen.

Meditation @ The Beach

Experience a meditation practice on the beach, where we use the elements of nature to dive deeper into the present moment. What you can experience during Meditation@the beach:

  • / SILENT MEDITATION

The class takes place at the beach of Illetas, next to Puro Beach Club.

NOTE: Bring a towel and some warm clothes to cover up with. Unfortunately the session is cancelled when it rains.


Active Meditation

A class for those who find it difficult to just sit down and start meditating. Maybe you always wanted to meditate but didn‘t really think you could, or you tried, but as soon as you sat quietly on the cushion the thought carousel started? If this sounds familiar to you, then active meditation is a great place for you to start.

Active meditation helps to release all inner noises like stress, tensions of everyday life and from the past, as well as pent-up emotions such as anger, fear and blockages stored in the body. Through movement the mind comes to rest, so that you have the chance to experience silence, peace and a feeling of well-being.
